We are hiring for our offices in Thessaloniki  an Inside Sales Executive.

As an Inside Sales Executive , you are responsible to  retain and develop revenue , customers development, business units development, per target product: Land Freight / Sea Freight / Air Freight / Logistics / Inland, Imports / Exports development per target country,  to grow business within the organisation of ARKAS Logistics Greece and  assist the Business Units (Land, Sea, Air, Logistics, Inland, Domestic, Customer Service, Documentation, Finance & Administration  and IT) with the successful implementation of the strategy.

Key accountabilities

• Maintain and develop existing and generate new Freight & Logistics business
• Work as a team with Sales Executives, C/S, Sales support, and any relevant department
• Provide full support to existing and potential customers through effective communication
• Have regular communication with the sales channels, weekly sales debrief with Sales Manager
• Data input / and use of ARKAS Logistics CRM (ORIAN) or relevant commercial systems
• Reporting Line to Sales Manager

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Shipping/Logistics Studies from reputable Universities, Master’s degree would be an asset
• 2 years of experience in Logistics industry
• Computer literate
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
• Excellent negotiations skills
• Very good organizational skills
