We are hiring for our offices in Piraeus a Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met, according to Arkas Logistics policies and values. He /She is a key player in promoting positive customer experience and for handling daily business needs as a reliable partner for customers.

 Job Description

  • Timely and effective response to general inquiries and queries, or escalation if unable to deal with completely or accurately.
  • Record and update information on ERP system
  • Correspond with the agents informing them about booking details
  • Follow up booking progress and act proactively to prevent problems.
  • Provide detailed information to the customers regarding the status of their shipments

 General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy at very good level
  • Very good knowledge of English (verbal/written)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with team and cross-functionally
